WM Singleton resigns, and his stock is redeemed by the company. The corporation name officially changed to Embree-Reed, Inc.
APRIL 1964
H.M. Harris Sr. becomes minority stockholder.
JANUARY 1965
Thurman Council and J.C. Malcolm become minority stockholders.
DECEMBER 1969
Earl Embree retires and resigns his stock to the corporation. An agreement is reached for company to continue using the name Embree-Reed, Inc.
MARCH 1970
Wayne Triplet becomes minority stockholder and assumes role as Secretary-Treasurer.
FEBRUARY 1974
Bill Reed assumes reduced role and resigns as President, stays on as stockholder and Chairman of the Board.
FEBRUARY 1977
Embree-Reed, Inc. purchases Carolina Fabricators, Inc..
JULY 1981
Wayne Triplet resigns his stock to the corporation, remaining stockholders are Bill Reed, H.M. Harris Sr., J.C. Malcolm, and Thurman Council.
APRIL 1982
Bill Reed passes away, remaining stock is redeemed by the company.
SEPTEMBER 1984
Thurman Council resigns his stock to the company. H.M Harris Sr. and J.C. Malcolm are majority stockholders, H.M. Harris Jr. and Steve Malcolm join as minority stockholders and are elected as Officers.
